Eligibility for Refunds:
You are eligible for a refund if:
The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The return is authorized by our support team.
Non-Refundable Items:
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items marked as Final Sale
Custom or personalized items
Undergarments or innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)
Items returned without prior authorization
How to Request a Refund:
Email haultclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.
Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect.
Restocking Fee (if applicable):
A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied in select cases (e.g., damaged packaging, repeated returns). If applicable, you will be informed during the RA process.
